What will I be doing? 
  • Responsible for Transportation Department contract invoice documentation compliance with 2 CFR 200 and other federal funding regulations
  • Works under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.
  • Research applicable regulations, policies, grant requirements, and procedures
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, local, contractual and organization requirements
  • Provide guidance and assist with internal monitoring, audits, reviews and external compliance assessments
  • Ensure contract compliance, assisting program managers and project managers with contract needs, reporting and invoice compliance
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheets and databases related to compliance activities
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive organizational and financial information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on commitments, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications, particularly in Excel, SharePoint and Adobe to edit functions for task tracking and communicating with external funders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, under tight deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate effectively across functional areas

Do you have…  
  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study
  • 5 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school or in job related duties   

Salary Range: $68,000.00 to $85,000.00
